Redemption

(In Pink!)

Redemption

If you know me well, you know that it's been a long year. Since September, I've been finishing a Master's Degree from Penn while teaching students with Learning Disabilities in 6th Grade full-time. While that's hard enough, I've been coaching with Greg (fellow Snappler, and former college-roommate), starting to plan my wedding AND preparing to move from Philadelphia to New York. I've also had a mutant ear infection since December that's kept me out of the pool for about 4 months. I think that about covers it.

Wildflower 2012- The Best Dead-Last Swim of My Pro Career So Far

-or- Lettin’ It Fly On The Fly.

Wildflower 2012- The Best Dead-Last Swim of My Pro Career So Far

The Wildflower Triathlon Festival on the central coast of California is the stuff of triathlon legend.   So much happens at this race that it's just surreal.  In the end, it's like; “Hey, it’s May!”, “It’s sunny!”, “We’re in California!”, “And no one has cell phone reception!”, “Let’s party!” -Kind of the way you should always kick off the race season.  -Kind of the way you should always kick off the summer!
