- Little known fact about me: my maiden name is "Word"- lots of fun in the 80's in school with the Cameo hit "Word Up"!!
- Favorite race: Memphis in May, the old Elephant Walk tri in Destin (before we had kids in school and could make the trip!), and most races in Louisiana…always a good post- race party there!
- Favorite result: OA amateur female at NOLA 70.3 2009,2010, qualifying for Kona at Buffalo Springs in 2010
- Favorite thing when not swimming, biking, or running: right now it's exploring Austin and all the fun things to do here w/ the family. Also reading, dinner/drinks (anything!) out with Dustin, anything outside…
